Happy new customer here! Started shopping with them a few weeks ago and was so impressed with their product and their service that they are now my sole supply!

Picked up a custom ordered box of Steaks and Chuck today to stock my freezer for the next couple months.

Started as an order for a half calf. The owner talked me out of it as I wouldn't make use of most of the cuts. Recommended a custom order instead. Got all my favs and nothing I didn't want.

Didn't know about all the buzz around their sausage until now. I will have to come back in a couple days to get some!

Great people, great variety, if you have questions the butcher has excellent advice! Plus, try their specialty sausage! Great on the smoker!
